realizations c/o facebook

facebook is the best social networking site there is. no doubt about it. you get tons of cool applications - you may throw sheep at your friends, you can buy them a round of drinks, you can practically do anything and everything there. heaps and heaps of fun!

what's more, unlike friendster and multiply, here you are able to view people's profiles without them knowing it. provided, of course, that they have allowed you to view them in the first place. while in my stalker mode, i saw a lot of people i know - people i have met from years back, former colleagues, former teammates, an acquaintance, someone i have had a casual encounter with. and what i noticed in facebook is that it is a very "who's who" site. which adds to the fun, don't you agree?

i think i am a social networking site junkie. currently, i have 4 "active" sites - friendster, multiply, myspace and facebook. i also have twitter, plus two other blog sites (including this one). whew! am i able to maintain each and every one? no. heck, it would take me the whole day to pimp my profiles, so i just stick to the basic designs.

with this blog, however, i am thinking of making improvements. i managed to read some famous blogs here in blogger, and i must say, i am impressed. i am thinking of focusing on my writing, as obviously i have neglected this part of my life for quite some time. this goes hand in hand with reading. imagine, i have AT LEAST 8 books pending in my collection! talk about slow. but all that should change. since turning 26, i realized that i should go back to the simpler things in life. things that make me happy - a good book, coffee, writing. cut back on partying, gimmicks, drinking and the like. take more walks - longer ones, too. enjoy the comforts of your bed. stuff like that.

i have lost my train of thought from too many pauses. later.
